Plans and billing
Three plans, coin for AI, extra sites, custom domains, and what happens when you change or cancel.
Plans
Every plan is billed monthly. There is no annual plan.

Zero-Point is one site on its own nertia.ai address. Free for good. No card needed.
Particle puts your site on your own domain, with social and code sites.
Wave gives you as many sites as you like, with $6 of coin every month.
Unlimited collaborators on every plan. The Claude connector works on every plan, Zero-Point included.

Coin
Coin pays for AI. Buy $5 or $20 at a time. It never expires.
- On Particle you buy coin or connect your own Anthropic key.
- Wave includes $6 of coin every month. Whatever you don't use rolls over, up to $12.
- Out of coin? Buy more, use your own key, or move to Wave.
Extra sites
Zero-Point covers one site. For a second one, move to Particle.
Particle covers one site too, and each extra site is $5 a month. Two sites on Particle come to $17 a month. Wave is $18 a month with no limit, so from the third site on Wave costs less.
Custom domains
Your own domain comes with Particle and Wave, and hosting is included. Bring a domain you already own. nertia doesn't sell domains yet, so buy the name at any registrar first.

Entanglement
Want us to run it? Site care or social management is $50 a month each, or $90 for both, with 1 on 1 consulting. It sits on top of Particle or Wave.

Changing or cancelling
Change or cancel any time.
- To move up, pick a plan on Pricing or on Account.
- Manage billing on Account opens the Stripe portal. Update your card, see invoices, or cancel there.
- You are on an older plan? Reply to your receipt email or book a call and we will move you over.
What happens when you cancel
Nobody gets locked out.
- Your sites stay published and editable. If you have more sites than your plan covers, you just can't start a new one.
- Your custom domain keeps working until 14 days after your last paid period ends.
- Social posting pauses. Your connections and post history stay put.
- Coin you bought never expires. It is still there if you come back.
- If a payment fails, your plan keeps working for 7 days while you fix your card.
