Read the Orders tab
Every paid order in one table, the ship-to address on each, and Mark shipped with a tracking number the shopper gets by email.

Before you start
- At least one order, a test one will do. See Test a checkout.
- You are the site's owner or a manager. Editors do not see orders.
1. Open Orders
On your site, pick Store, then Orders. The table is newest first: Customer, Order date, Items, Total, Status. On a phone each row folds to the customer's name with the rest beneath.
The Status filter narrows the table:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| To ship | Paid, waiting for you |
| Shipped | You marked it shipped |
| Refunded | Refunded in Stripe; see Refunds |
| Needs attention | Payment confirmed but the order could not be completed. Check the payment in Stripe |

2. Open an order
Press a customer's name. The order page has the lines with quantities and unit prices, Subtotal, Shipping, Tax and Total, Ship to with the full address, and Customer email as a mail link. A status badge sits in the header. All orders goes back.

3. Mark it shipped
Pack the order, then press Mark shipped. A small form asks for:
- Carrier: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or Other with a Carrier name field.
- Tracking number.
- Tracking link, optional. For the four named carriers nertia builds the link itself.
Press Mark shipped. The status flips to Shipped and the shopper gets a plain email from your site's name with the tracking link; the toast says Marked shipped. We emailed the customer. The email's reply-to is your Order email.
Made a typo? Open the order again and press Update tracking. The shopper gets a second email with the new link.

4. The same from Claude
With the connector on (Build from Claude), the Orders tab is three tools:
list_orders { slug, status? } the table, newest first
get_order { slug, sessionId } one order with its lines and address
mark_shipped { slug, sessionId, carrier, number } flips the status and emails the shopper
Show me the orders on low-ember-pantry that still need shipping, then mark the newest one shipped with USPS 9400 1000 0000 0000 0000 00.
Done
You can find every order, see where it goes, and tell the shopper it is on its way. Next: Refunds.
Problems
- "Only the site owner and managers can see orders." You are an editor on the site. Ask the owner for the manager role under Settings.
- An order says Needs attention. Stripe confirmed the payment but nertia could not finish writing the order, or Printful refused it. The payment is real; check it in Stripe and contact the shopper.
- Mark shipped is missing on an order. The order is refunded, or Printful ships it. The page says which.
